This mill may not produce as finely ground flour as an expensive electric mill, but it will still grind flour as well as any manual wheat grinder in its price range. The V200 Marga Mulino will produce coarse flour out of any dry seed or legume: wheat, rye, barley, buckwheat, corn, rice, millet, soy, beans, peas, alfalfa, and more. Additional passes through the roller will result in finer flour.
