The Ligno Petit can grind oily seeds on a coarse or medium setting when mixed with an equal measure of wheat or rye, and can even crack peppercorns. With a grinding speed of 80 revolutions per minute, this mill can produce 30 grams of fine flour or 60 grams of coarse meal each minute.
