Weighing just 15.5 lbs, the KoMo Duett 100 is a true masterpiece, combining the technology of the Classic and the Flocman Flaker.
Constructed of solid beech and furniture grade veneer, it has two separate motors that can operate independently or simultaneously. A more economical option than buying a grain mill and flaker separately, the Duett’s 360 watt grinding motor is capable of grinding 100 gram of fresh flour each minute, while its flaking unit has a 160 watt motor that can flake at 80-100 grams per minute. The Duett’s flaker side delivers fresh aromatic grain flakes to your table without making a peep, and its crushing unit is surprisingly quiet and is capable of flaking all grain types except for corn; it can even crush oil seeds and spices.
